Revaluation of Real Property after Alteration - Follow-up Audit
general assembly on February 6, 2013
In its report to the Federal Parliament, the Court of Audit examines the follow-up of the recommendations made in its 2006 audit about the revaluation of real property after alteration. The Court considers that the Department of Finance has already taken action with a view to developing a better management of the informational resources within its services. The Court makes further recommendations for enhancing the comprehensiveness of data on changes in real estate and updating them. It also recommends considering procedures to correct the real estate incomes whose value significantly deviates from the expected average income as provided for by the legislator.
