Annual tax on securities accounts – Management by the tax administration

In its report to the Federal Parliament on the annual tax on securities accounts (TSA), the Belgian Court of Audit highlighted a number of significant difficulties in the application of the complex legislation in this matter. It also underlined the importance for the General Administration of Taxes to have reliable measurement tools to monitor and analyse the results of the TSA.
