37th Report of the Court of Audit, Comments and documents presented to the Parliament of the Walloon Region

The Belgian Court of Audit sent its 37th Report of Findings to the Walloon Parliament. This report is divided in two parts. The first part presents the certification of the entity’s 2024 general account and the Court’s observations. The second part comments on the budget balance on an ESA basis and the Walloon debt evolution. It then examines the implementation of internal control and accounting provisions and reports on the certification and auditing of various public bodies. Finally, it presents the results of the follow-up of the recommendations of three previous audits: the audit on the Walloon Energy Commission, the audit on business parks in the Walloon Region and the audit on Forem and vocational training operators.
