37th Report of the Court of Audit, Comments and documents presented to the Parliament of the French Community

The Belgian Court of Audit sent its 37th Report of Findings to the Parliament of the French-speaking Community. This report is divided in two parts. The first part presents the certification of the entity’s 2024 general account and the Court’s observations. The second part comments on the budget balance on an ESA basis and the debt of the French-speaking Community. It also contains the Court’s comments and observations on administrative public bodies of type 1 and 2, administrative and educational services with accounting autonomy and one university. Finally, it comments on the follow-up of the recommendations made by the Court in thematic audits (“Subsidy to multidisciplinary cultural operators by the French-speaking Community” and “Reassignment of teachers of the French Community who have lost teaching hours which they are entitled to”), the counting of school students and the European recovery and resilience plan.
